Payment options 

Register and pay

 

Fees include lunches and coffee breaks at the conference. ICOM7 conference caters for diverse groups. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and juice as well as small snack items will be available during morning and afternoon breaks. Buffet-style lunches will be served on the 11th, 12th and 13th. The food served will include no pork or shellfish. Meat dishes will contain chicken or fish only. There will be vegetarian options served.

 

Please Note: For joint papers, both lead authors and co-authors must register and pay the registration fee by 30th April 2014 in order for the paper to be included in the conference programme booklet. 

 

 

Payment methods

 

1.      By VISA or MasterCard credit cards:

o   Conference fee can be paid by VISA or MasterCard credit card through our SSL secured Online Payment Registration System after completing your online registration form.

o   For successful online credit card payment, a payment confirmation e-mail will be issued by the University’s Finance Office as an official e-receipt. Please send an email to 7ICOM@polyu.edu.hk if a paper receipt is required.

2.      By Bank Wire Transfer:

o   Bank wire transfer to be made in HK dollars to our bank account. All bank charges should be paid by the participants. Our bank account details are as follows:
